Shipping Information
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over £70 within the UK.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times: Depending on your location, delivery times may vary, but most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package’s journey.
Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.
Return Period: You can return any items purchased online within 30 days of receipt.
Condition of Items: All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with labels attached, and in a clean, undamaged condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This includes items like animal feed and health products. Please contact us if you’re unsure about the eligibility of your item for return.
Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How to Return Items
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at office@nixodor.net to initiate your return.
- Step 2: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include your order number inside the package.
- Step 3: Ship your return to the following address: Nixodor Returns – Elovate, Goods Inwards Department, Road One, Winsford, CW7 3PZ.
Tracking & Insurance: We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Nixodor cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at office@nixodor.net. We will provide a pre-paid return label and arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
